It's not THAT cheap here, but less than it's been in awhile. . .although I feel the imminent rise as Dean approaches. And no matter HOW many times I am told by the news media, the governor's office, OR flashing signs on the freeway to fill my car with gas, it STILL only holds 15 gallons.
