I'm Just Sayin' ...

Sometimes I think I took this job because feeling like a failure as a wife, mother, school volunteer, church member, friend and citizen was just not enough. I had to pile on feeling like a failure as an employee, teacher, and partner.

And I'M JUSt SAYIN' that you need to remember that you've been out of the saddle (so to speak) for quite some time. Put the cat-o'-guilt down--stop the beatings.

I sit in the middle of a wreck of house. . .and it's 10:24. . .and no one has lunch, the clothes are not laid out, and I haven't written Victoria's check for picture day tomorrow. And my papers aren't graded. And I spent all night on my blog--which you need to go and read so you can laugh.

You are fine. . .you are better than fine. . .you are loved and you are meeting the very immediate needs of your family by going into the work force.

Rest if you can--tomorrow is Wed. (which I believe is your "day off"). Breathe in. Breathe out.

You know what your REAL problem is?? You simply are NOT spending enough time at the Laura Institute for giving yourself a break.

Sarah, Sarah, Sarah,
How many times have YOU gotten on to me for doing exactly what YOU are doing right now? I echo what Roxanne and Tammy said......also look at 1 Cor 13 - Sarah is love, Sarah is patient, Sarah is kind, Sarah is not easily angered. Rebuke Satan. He is putting these doubts in your mind. Remind him that he has already lost you and there is no way he can have you. You belong to the King!
I love you,
Yvonne

Sarah, sweetie, you're such a gift! You're a gift to your family and your friends. We all love you THOUGH your imperfections - don't you love us though ours?
