Gather the children 'round. They may learn something. And YOU will love it! That's a promise. Roxanne reminded me of this song after I mentioned that I heard the inaugural 'Love Shack' at the pool today -- must hear it at least once a week at the pool!

TGI Friday's Fried Green Beans (aka Green Bean Fries) with wasabi-ranch dipping sauce are, to put it plainly, AMAZING. I usually don't like ried things because they sit so heavy, but the lightness of the green bean and the wasabi-ranch, combined with the crispiness brought on by frying, make this a most awesome appetizer.
